Get in the spirit of Thanksgiving and the up-coming Holidays. Come Trot through town enjoying drinks at five bars, receive an official Lions Club Turkey Trot Poker Walk Beer cooler, chances to win cash prizes for best poker hands and worst poker hands. Chances to win a turkey and enjoy a spaghetti dinner at Bar Miramar at the end of the day. Cliff and Susie White of Los Arcos Restaurant have generously donated the dinner. All proceeds will be used to purchase toys and food to be distributed to needy families in San Felipe to make their holiday enjoyable.

First prize for best poker hand is $50, 2nd $25, 3rd $25 and worst $25. You can “gobble down” a beer, margarita or soda at each participating establishment. Participating bars are; Miramar, Fat Boy’s, Rosita., Rice and Beans and Xkandalo. Poker Walk Tickets are available through Lions Club members , the five participating establishments above, Los Arcos Restaurant and Sunrunner Mail.
Lions Club members hope to see you “strut your stuff” on Saturday, November 12 at 12:00 noon starting at Bar Miramar.

The San Felipe Lions Club has raised significant funding for the Sonshine Hacienda for the housing of at risk children. We hold eye clinics providing glasses for adults and children who cannot afford them and many other community projects in an effort to make life better for the citizens of San Felipe. We encourage you to join the Lions Club and have a good time while helping the citizens of San Felipe.
