Agents of the District Attorney's Office caught the alleged thief Juan Luis "N", alias "The Dumb Mouse", on the streets of San Felipe yesterday with the help of Municipal Police.
The arrestee is devoted body and soul to stealing, according to his criminal record, spending half his life in jail or courts and the other half presumably stealing.
Police operatives found 'The Dumb Mouse' stalking victims, but when asked about his way of making a living, he said nothing.
Police ran his fingerprints and other personal data and discovered he had an outstanding warrant. Juan Luis "N" was immediately brought into custody.
