According to Alejandro Moreno Medina, Secretary of Tourism for the State of Baja California, visitors will have access to information by dialing 078 from any phone within the State. He also stated that the personnel answering calls will be bilingual (English/Spanish) and skilled in providing any tourism-related information and assistance.
